The CELL partners met for four days in Baku, Azerbaijan, 19-22 June, 2019. There were two parts to the experience, with the first two days participating in the 4thInternational Education Conference sponsored by ADA University. Project partners, together with local school directors, presented inputs regarding the CELL and educational leadership in Switzerland, Australia, Mongolia and Azerbaijan. The second two days consisted of meetings in which case studies were discussed in more depth and partners exchanged views on leadership concepts and practices.
